Looking back six, seven years ago to where I hoped to be - so many things have changed since then.
I no longer say "Oh, I suppose things could be worse" when they're not going my way because I'm finding out what worse can be.
On the other hand I've met some delightful horses and their people lately. The kind of meeting that reminds you its good to be alive.
